reopen actions in the improvements module
Actions can be closed by the person assigned to the action but the IO owner may disagree that the action has been completed and therefore needs an option to reopen an action.
Agree, I've had this issue raised with my a number of times by users who missed something, needed to add a picture etc. I've had it requested at least 3 times this year so far.
