Allow me to hide the Contact Support under the Help menu. I don't want the general user contacting Nintex Support. Many times they are asking a question about a process that Nintex can't answer or they are reporting an issue that should be vetted through the Promasters or our internal help desk first.
We would love this function. Firstly because it will reduce the noise for Nintex Support, meaning our genuine requests get dealt with quicker. Secondly because we don't get any notification as Promasters when a support request is raised, so general users will submit a request for something standard (change to group hierarchy, access for another user), and then will think we are ignoring them because we aren't actioning the request that we don't know about.
