Ability to delete completed incident actions

Currently an incident action cannot be deleted once the action is completed. If someone creates an action with an error and mistakenly completes it, it can not be removed from the incident, the only workaround is deleting the whole incident and create a new one, which would affect all involved parties. Promasters should be able to delete them

    Thank you for the suggestion. We don't have this on our roadmap right now so we'll monitor interest from other clients.
