Wouldn't it make sense for the 'Triggers and Inputs' section to be at the top rather than at the end of the procedure. They are supposed to support the user experience by providing information on what triggers the process yet most users would not know to scroll to the end of procedure to see them. A trigger starts the process, so it makes sense for it to be at the beginning.
I also agree that this is a good suggestion. I find staff aren't looking at the triggers and inputs and considering that they should have happened/can happen before the procedure begins.
