Remove original document links when transferred to new processes and process groups
Documents currently stay linked to an original process if they are transferred to a new process. Removing the original process link allows for less administrative steps when the original process is then archived or deleted.
Can you say more about how you transfer a document to a new process so I can better understand your proposal and decide whether to vote for it?
In our organisation one document can be linked to multiple process maps (eg the travel policy), so I'm not sure whether your suggestion would work for us.
This isn't something we have planned right now but your use case is understandable. For now I would recommend removing unnecessary documents as part of a regular process review. For now we'll open for voting to gather interest from other clients.
