It would be really handy (and really easy to manage) if Promapp was able to automatically populate the roles of Process Experts and Process Owners from the processes where they are referenced. For example, if I'm the Process Owner for Process X, I would automatically be added to the PO role. That way, when processes are created / updated / archived - the PO / PE roles would be kept up to date.
However I see the value this would bring in saving time and keeping your roles up to date. We don't have this planned right now so we'll monitor interest from other clients.
@Kerry - while they are an ownership right, that ownership comes with a responsibility (although agreed it is not a role per se). Especially for newer PE's it would be very valuable to get automatically added to that responsibility, since it's not necessarily the Promasters or BA's that select who these are, while you need to be one of those to edit the role/responsibility entry and add them. This makes the job of Process Group Champions more laborous than needed, as whenever they change PO/PE assignments, they need to make sure that someone checks the role/responsibility.
