Could we please have the ability to change the "Promaster" terminology across the platform - similar to how we can Exec Sponsor Title and Lead Process Champion Title?
We are finding the team are unnecessarily contacting the Nintex Promapp support team for questions that could be directed to the "Promasters" instead. When they go to the Help Menu they have to pick between the options "Contact Support" or "Contact Promaster" and as "Promaster" is not a role tile or responsibility within our organisation, team members often mistakenly choose "Contact Support".
This issue is confounded by the fact our organisation uses "ProMaster" as our expense management system which adds an extra layer of confusion when all the calls to action state "Contact Promaster".
