Feedback Settings - Turn off response required as default

When giving feedback the "Response Required" tick box is defaulted to on, I would like it to be a choice in the settings if this is defaulted or not.

    Thanks for the suggestion. This isn't on our roadmap right now, but we'll monitor interest from other clients.
