Ability to alter the brand and colours

Having the ability to alter the colours of Promapp would be a useful feature for organisations to customise it to their own branding.

You can currently do this for the emails, which is great. However being able to do it for the general site would also be very helpful with embedding the system within the business.

Even a small change such as allowing Promasters to customise the blue bar, buttons and font would be a significant change.

Agree, user should have options to select from different brand colors while creating processes and should be able to modify text if required.
This limitation is not allowing us to increase reach and adoption of the tool & it's capabilities to wider audience in the organization.

Agree, we have a large Audience base which prefers the look of documents with branding and colour. It would be great if we could add a company brand to the mimimode view and potentially change some of the colouring to fit into our embedded pages.

Also my company is very interested in a branding feature that goes beyond the current possibilities and allows to customize the colors of the system. It is important that employees feel as if the Process Manager is part of the company.

We are currently integrating Process Manager into our SharePoint environment, where branding is a very important internal selling point!

Thanks for the idea. We don't have any plans to implement this right now, so we'll monitor interest from other clients for the time being.

It's a little underwhelming when you go into a section called "branding" and all it effectively does is change the email logos and background image. I agree that the ability to influence the UI colours (lets exclude the minimap) would be ideal to allow it to more seemlessly fit in with the client's colour palette. In addition, a "dark mode" could be beneficial.

Hi I recently requested this from a Nintex customer support agent who directed me to this portal. The ability to customise a colour theme (e.g. all activity boxes orange instead of blue) is becoming critically important to help promote the use of Promapp in our business as we are moving to iframe embedding of maps on SharePoint pages.

At least 20 people in my organisation have asked about this especially as there are images online of different colour themes (a feature I understand was rolled back).

Please advise how we can escalate the request for this feature.
