If there is a checklist in the process and the process has been changed to a new version, the checklist should be coming with the process as the process is generally reviewed but not checklist is reviewed as a part of reviewing. Current Promapp provides the version history in the change log but you have click to the version number to see the details. It is creating more steps for a pro master or user to review of the process improvement by adding more admin work. which means it require more time to go over the process.
Our intention was the checklist was a snapshot of the process at the time it was created, and so if changes did occur in the process a new checklist should be created as the user may have already completed steps that have now changed.
