When using a decision diamond the process ends in two different places, which each have a distinct output. Unfortunately when entering an output there is no way to define which part of the process produces that specific output. The map shows both outputs flowing from both ends of the process.
My team and I have been working with your system and, for the most part, we have found that you have succeeded in turning a labor-intensive task into something simple and enjoyable. However, we have identified a significant oversight regarding process outputs at the end of workflows.
Specifically, the inability to clearly define the output when a process has multiple possible outcomes appears to us to be a major shortcoming of the software. Considering the many features we have been able to test and appreciate, this oversight should not remain unaddressed for much longer. It creates an inconsistency with the level of quality and performance you have demonstrated to us so far.
We hope you will not wait for a large number of complaints to address this issue, as it is evident that any company using your software will notice this gap and will want it to be improved. As such, this request should be considered a high-priority improvement: it is not a “nice to have,” but a necessity for the processes we are mapping.
This is not a request for an additional feature, but rather the reporting of an existing deficiency.
Thanks
I can definitely see the value in being able to select which output you would like to surface your content in. We don't have this on our roadmap right now, so we'll monitor this idea for interest from other customers.
therefore, please vote for my request / suggestion as well: https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/919189-7-nintex-promapp/suggestions/45543496-increase-flexibility-of-what-you-can-do-with-decis
Thank you very much in advance.
