Even if staff search our document library to check whether a link has already been created, they are unable to see the attachment type (ie form, guide, information, training, policy), so when they then go to attach the existing link to their process they sometimes select a different attachment type and then their search doesn't locate the document (even though they know it's there!)
If the attachment type is visible in the document library their frustration levels will be reduced.
This would be a great improvement. We don't have it on our near-term roadmap at this time, but we'll open it up for voting to monitor interest from other clients.
