Context:
1. Overall, when in the initial dashboard(see below fig 1:), our people should be able to quickly search off the Dashboard (or using the top right search window) for a “Keyword” (in this case will be for an example, the keyword – “Response Plan”).
2. If the Promapp process was set up correctly in “Edit” >> “Summary” (see below fig2:), and in “Search Keywords” near bottom of page (in this example, keyword entered is “Response Plan”) and the “Process Group” has been correctly allocated (in this case “Crush” – see fig3:), the result of the Keyword search for Response Plan by the person(who’s “Assign role(s)” role description is linked to that Process Group “Crush”) should return ANY process that has been set up with Crush (in the Process Group) and Response Plan (in the Search Keywords).
3. This functionality would also be of the greatest benefit (to workers and management) if incorporated in the “Checklists” home page with the addition of a “Process Group” filter and “Keyword” search filter (see concept in fig 4: below)
Benefit:
Our people can quickly locate critical documents (Promapp processes) that can assist in getting out of critical issues; generate Checklists to quickly delegate and management can easily check Process Groups (correctly allocated and set up) to ensure workers are doing their procedures and checklists correctly.
Obviously we’ll be using this proposed functionality on other Process Groups and using other Search Keywords going forward.
P.S: Is there anyway we can in addition to above (if above proposed is achievable) to have a configurable Report set up in “ADMIN” >> “Reports” as a “Keyword Search Report” with one of the configurable fields also to be by “Process Group”?
This would enable us to easily generate purposeful reports.
Cheers,
George
