Introduce a report for general feedback, to track feedback when it does not come from a process. Currently the only tracking method is the email.

Thank you very much for your input. The way to do this within Process Manager is to enable the "Improvements" add-on, offering customised way of managing improvements and incidents e.g. by creating a general feedback portfolio.
Thanks for the suggestion. That is a good point as general feedback about organisation issues or process improvement in general may not necessarily have a process itself.
