Embed document view in Promapp

Display documents in embedded window within Promapp instead of opening as separate documents.

This would allow users to stay in the process and scroll up and down in the document within the activity/task, without losing their place.

Thank you very much for posting your feedback. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.

Thanks for the feedback. I believe this would require Promapp to handle displaying Word docs and PDFs along with every other file type.

This isn't a priority for us right now, but we'll open this up for voting and gauge interest from other customers.

It would be great as it would also mitigate against the risk of users refering to downloaded content, instead of referring to Promapp for the most up to date version of the information.
It would also minimise the problem of overloading user's computer memory, because if they use a form/document often everytime they click a document it downloads a copy.

This would be really handy to reduce users downloading and potentially re-using out of date documents.

Please implement a document preview option similar to the image preview window. It is very unproductive to download each document instead of looking at the universal previewer window if I want to take a quick glance at the document for approval or as a user for review.

Support the option to open up the Word, Excek, PowerPoint and PDF document when clicking on a Document inside a process.
