Feedback and Tailored Responses

We use both the linking of Processes to share processes across business units and minimode to access processes from teams throughout the business. Minimode allows the use of providing feedback to the owner/expert, who will have access to Promapp but the Teams don't. When an owner/expert responds to the feedback, an automatic email is sent with a link to login to Promapp, we would prefer to have a minimode link in the automatic emails to ensure the teams can view the edits made.

When sending feedback, we would ideally like to add a drop down selection as it may not always be relevant for the Owner/Expert, it may be from another business unit and an additional approver may be required to respond but are unaware of the feedback.

    Thank you very much for posting your feedback on Feedback and Tailored Responses. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.
