Thank you very much for posting your feedback on More control over glossary tagging. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.
We have "Project Manager" in the glossary as PM, which is frustrating when you want to write that a deadline is 2PM 🙄
We struggle with this greatly when we have glossary/acronyms such as IT, CAN and and TO which are obviously commonly used words in process tasks and activities. We just want a way we can un-tag them as we can with systems.
This would be really useful as also some acronyms can show as words , meaning that every instance is picked up. At the moment we are having to workaround by use of an asterix or Process Reference in brackets so it tags to the correctly scoped processes and not unwanted ones .
However in some areas when you complete an assessment it could be of a student living situation
In the same spirit, being able to untag glossary definition from word would be helpful e.g. record is defined a way to keep information when it is used as noun, when used as a verb (record action) it doesn't have the same meaning. So being able to 'untag' the definition in the later case would be useful.
It would be good if you could un-tag a definition similar to how you can untag a system when a keyword is mentioned within your edit page.
