Users' viewing rights, minimode sharing restriction to third parties and expired processes automated notification
Users editing: see viewing rights granted on the users tab of Promapp, not only the editor rights. Possibly it would be great to edit viewing rights there.
Minimode sharing: can Promapp add a safe guard by password or link expiry? Currently processes shared via minimode can be viewed any competitors if they possess the link.
Expiring processes: can there be a better email notification to notify users via email about their expirced processes for example on a monthly basis?

Link expiration would greatly benefit when trying to keep information from being "dispersed" on the internet.
I would also consider adding more powerful tools to manage URLs that have been generated by users:
List all URLs, with relevant details
Enable admins to bulk disable/delete URLs
