Delegation of Process Responsibilities

There is no way to delegate your approvals when going on annual leave. There is the capability to bulk transfer Process Experts or Process Ownership but updating Additional Approver and Publishers has to be updated by each individual Process

Is there any update on this idea?

We found this very frustrating because we didn't consider it until the person had already gone on leave. We had to approve by Promaster, document why, then reassign to another Owner. Would have been great to be able to just reassign all processes for that owner (temporary or not).

Agreed. It would be useful to delegate for a specified timeframe (ie. person return from leave date) to save having to transfer permanently. This is not a lean process.

When I need to assign responsibilities temporarily when someone goes on leave (generally to a direct report of theirs) it is very difficult to differentiate the assigning back. The transfer from and transfer to have similar roles so do have similar responsibilities. For example, the role (workflow stakeholder - Assign) etc is not very specific (i.e. does not use the Location) and is repeated over and over. Also maybe provide a change log of what was transferred?

We do plan to address this issue in the future, however this feature is not planned for this year. Due to this I'll move the status into a Not Planned state to accurately reflect our near team priorities. We'll update the status once we have confirmed plans to implement.
