Report to enable My Reviews for overdue documents.
We have many overdue documents for review. I tried to find a report so we could filter to determine who needs to take action. As this is not currently an option this information has been copied manually from Promapp and put onto an excel page but the data needs formatted which takes a lot of time. This report would be fantastic and allow us to manage our overdue documents.
Would be great to use Promapp as a document control tool - utilising one system for process mapping and document managment. There should be notifications same as process map when a document is due for review. This would really help Promaster have a better overview of document system, follow up as required etc. This was the edge Nintex have and should not exclude the Documents section.
I voted this as well. There should be a consistency with the approach and align everything with how the process map is being managed.. should have a masterlist report of process owner, expert, when is it due etc that can be exported. There should be notifications same as process map when a document is due for review. Currently it is very manual and not aligning the current technology on this AI age...
