Promapp doesn't have a report that lists all process ownerships & rights details at individual process level, and all roles and responsibilities linked to a single user profile.
Prior to an employee leaving the business it would be really helpful to be able to run a report that easily lists all the above information, so that the necessary process, roles & responsibilities can be PROACTIVELY worked through with the user and line manager, and re-assigned BEFORE the employee departs - instead of having to work through this after the employee has left.
This report would be of benefit to all Promapp clients and would proactively assist with knowledge loss and process ownership, especially when it comes to succession-planning.
Such report would ideally sit in the 'Manage Users' window, as an option to run a report or export to .csv (ie: similar to current Promapp report configurations)
