The way a process is mapped/documented in Promapp has a direct impact on usability and adoption of processes. One approach to testing different process designs is to perform A/B Testing (What is A/B Testing? A Practical Guide With Examples | VWO) whereby the same process is designed differently, but with the same outcome, and each variation of the process is provided to different groups of users. In order to track how users are using each process variation one could use Google Tag Manager and/or Hotjar to track what users click on, where users spend the most time, etc. The results of the analytics can then guide the process experts to design processes differently in order to have the highest success rate of adoption, but also effectiveness of the process.
