Include additional approvers in the next approval cycle with Owner and Expert rather than after publishing to the latest version.

Stakeholders beyond the Owner and Expert participate in process mapping and review sessions. Though they've been added as approvers to the RACI, they are not included in the process approvals until the map's latest version has been published, meaning they cannot access the process via direct links nor can they utilize the feedback feature on the latest version.

This feels counterintuitive as they've often just participated and provided feedback but are not included in the current round of approvals. Including them helps to build buy-in and ownership, and streamlines feedback.
