Problem Statement:
Problem 1. Feedback from Process Stakeholders, Owners & Experts indicates they do not see value in actioning Process Changes by individually clicking on "I've seen it" each time a process changes it's an unnecessary task added to their day. They are already viewing the up to date processes when they follow a process and they if needed already review when approving process changes.
Problem 2. High volume of out of date processes, Process Owners and Experts that do not use Process Manager often, do not see or action their Process Manager Notifications as they are only viewable when logging into Process Manager. The Process Manager notifications are also combined with other less important notifications including processes that have changed. The high volume of low priority notifications is preventing people from using the notifications as tasks they need to action and instead leading them to ignore the notifications.
Idea details:
Promaster has the ability to choose which notification to include and exclude in the dashboard notifications. Promaster has the ability to toggle, turn off notifications for Process Changes.
In our use case, If we had this feature it would help us easily address the above 2 problems. It will also transfer into the dashboard notification email and only send the email when people have out of date processes or process approvals to action.
