Users expect that when they archive a document that it moves it out of the original folder into an archived folder (like the Processes) This does not happen and the archived documents are left in the original folder which then cannot be deleted although it looks blank to the end user. Promasters have to manually delete the archived documents so that the blank folder can be deleted

I agreed this this suggestion, its really bizarre that a folder cannot be deleted because there is an archived document or process in it.
In order to remove the folder, the user has to restore the document or process move it to another location and then re-archive it which is a really poor user experience.
Alternatively, we end up with an empty folder that our users click into but have nothing in it... which is also a poor UX.
