This feature is annoying as the Process Owner was spammed with three emails advising that a Process has been emailed. Is this feature required when only the Promaster and Process Owner can archive a process? Surely the Promaster would only archive a process at the request of the process owner? If it wasn't at the process owners request, the Promaster is abusing their priviledged position and one would have to question whether they should have this level of access within their organisation. If it can't be turned off can you at least ensure that only one email is sent out rather than three, as this is spam?
