Find and replace options
It would be nice when editing processes with a similar term (or system), that you could mass update all processes containing that work or phrase, rather than having to do them individually. We had a big system updgrate and had to manually update hundreds of processes to change any references to the old system.
I could see an update like this being very helpful, but it would be ideal if we could see a list of the related processes associated with that system. Ideally, we would want to have the option to indicate/mark which of all the processes should be updated. In my experience, it is possible a new system could be an update for some of the processes, but not all.
The product team should really take a look at this. In Human Resources in particular and in IT, we often change systems and vendors, and it should be a feature of process manager to bulk search and replace instead of doing so manually. We want to make our processes consumable and easy to understand for our users, so we do mention vendor names specifically for HR processes and these can change as often as plan benefit providers change.
