LOSE OF CONTROL. Allow to view files under Documents, instead of downloading straightaway after clicking it. We now have a new platform that allows us to create document, go for review and approval for publishing and users cannot download it. Forms are embedded into the platform. Now is a discussion of what is really the platform that provides us control in our documents? The problem with Nintex is as soon as you click the document, it downloads automatically instead of just viewing it. The downloaded file then gets saved into people's local servers and make changes & amendments and use it without anyone's review and approval.
