Currently, Timescales roll up to the next available measuring unit if it is exceeded (e.g. 60mins -> 1 Hour, 5 working days -> 1 week, etc...). As a business, we show all our SLAs as working days, so we would like the option to choose the default timescale unit. Instead of 7 days being changed automatically to 1.4 weeks, it would stay as 7 days, 20 working days would be shown rather than being changed to 4 weeks and so on.
this would be excellent to be abe to use days rather than weeks or point of a week :-)
This would definately help with our mapping.
