Currently, the username "Logon" is the only unique identifier while user Email is not, which caused emails duplicates. We would like to have user Emails as unique identifier as well to avoid any duplicate issues.

As an enterprise size customer we have multiple users with the same name but different email addresses, however when within the software and selecting Process Owners and Experts you choose via name with no way to distinguish who is who, resulting often in the wrong person being selected. Due to SSO, the user name resets every time rather than just the email address so any attempt to distinguish between users is currently useless.
