Dashboard to immediately display actions rather than being hidden/accessible via clickthrough

Revert back to previous MyDashboard view, where the choice of actions are displayed immediately on the right hand side, rather than having to click on the three dots on the right (which are currently not labelled) to then choose the action required.

We are using Nintex PM as an enterprise tool across our organisation of over 2000 people, therefore it is crucial for us to have an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Training relevant personnel, including managers and executives who are not regular Nintex users, on how to review, approve and action items in Nintex PM via the Dashboard has always been a challenging task. The recent changes applied to the Dashboard, however, have made this process significantly more difficult.
