Lack of information on upcoming updates & no buyin from users

There seems to be a lack of communication on upcoming updates - like what is affected - latest Release 4.12.7.0 just says Modernised Documents Area but doesn't expand on the changes, just an updated look and feel. This change is confusing and challenging, takes longer to find anything, extra keystrokes, the ability to choose the alphabetical section to look in based on document name is gone and now required to type name and if you are inadvertently in wrong group you get no results - this is time consuming, frustrating and not an improvement that I can see - now takes longer to locate the document, then extra keystrokes / time to locate processes it's linked to and just looked at editing now it requires 3 / 4 difference locations to do what was on a page before - these do not appear to be improvements. Are users who pay for this platform, consulted on these changes or are they just delivered?
