My Dashboard - Improvements - Don't show closed reports

Under My Dashboard where the improvements module items are shown (ours is called "Hazards, Incidents"), closed out reports are currently being displayed for users. This is creating a lot of clutter and causing things to be missed.

I recommend changing this so closed reports only show up in the dashboard until the day after they have been closed (e.g. if a report is closed on Monday 3rd March, it shows as closed for the remainder of that day and from Tuesday 4th March onwards is gone).
