Add 'move up' and 'move down' buttons when editting tasks and notes, allow objects to be grouped and moved together

Problem:

Moving tasks and notes by drag and drop is not a consistant experience, dropped objects often don't go where you expect them to go. The scroll action when dragging is unpredicable and you have to be very careful or you will scroll too far.

Solution:

In addition to drag and drop, add move buttons when a task or note is selected:-

• 'Move up' and 'Move Up to previous Activity'

• 'Move down' and 'Move down to next Activity'

Add a selection tick box so that notes and tasks can be grouped and moved together
