Auto open notes
Would it be possible to create a button or option to open all the notes within a process? This would allow for easier and more efficient navigation, particularly when using ‘ctrl + F’ to find specific key words.
I don't like this idea because now, the end user only has to read through notes that are applicable to the process / based on triggers.
This will no doubt make our time navigating promapp much more efficient!
This will be advantageous for the Contact Centre in the navigation process
