Process Models - Scroll Bar needed

Ideally put a scroll bar at bottom so is easier to move across the diagram.

The double hold on mouse is troublesome not only does it often drag the entire diagram over but also are constrained by the screen size in view. Cannot move past what is visible on the screen, and maybe a smidge more..
