Adding Roles multiple at a time

It would be great when we are choosing the roles if we could choose more than one at a time - When choosing the Roles, you have to go back and forth to select them, it would be great if you can choose more than one at a time, like tick boxes or can select more than 1 at a time, sometimes we add more than 3 all from the same team
