Add Additional approvers into Ownership/Rights

Currently there is only functionality to tranfer to another user owner/expert rights - additional approver rights needs to be picked up in this function

      Thanks for the suggestion. We do have plans for this feature to be implemented in the coming months so keep an eye out!
