Mass transfer of @TODO (eg. when someone leaves the company)

Thanks for the feedback! We are looking at functionality to transfer approvals in bulk and this is very similar.

We'll open this up for voting and monitor customer interest.

I wasn't aware the TODOs are associated with a role specifically, but thought they were just specific to the process.

Thanks for the suggestion. I can definitely see how this would aid in the transferring process. It's not an immediate priority but we'll monitor interest in this idea.

additionally, the ability to do this via API would also be handy to assist in the automation of this from a workflow. So when someone is off-boarded the workflow can swap out the person with someone else who may be standing in or replacing that role. All without having to do in manually in product.

@Dan Stoll, yes... I think Promapp lacks a lot of API functionality. Reporting via API is in the roadmap but other features (reassignment of To Dos, Changing Users roles, Pulling 'My Changes' feed or any other notifications) will be greatly welcomed as well.

When you mass transfer process ownership to another user you should also be able to transfer the @TODO's between the same users

This feature is not planned for in our near term roadmap at this stage, however we'll continue to monitor interest, and update the status of this idea as our plans change.

Having seen Penny refer to this item in the Promapp Forum, in response to a query about this, I wanted to vote for this item however it's closed and I can't.

I note Kerry's comment to monitor interest, I'm wondering how we're meant to show our interest if we can't vote for it though?

I would like to vote for this idea too. This is currently a very manual task when deactivating a user and until now has been overlooked in our organisation. Makes sense to reassign todo tasks when reassigning other responsibilities.
