Please can we include the process feedback reporting functionality within the reporting API. Currently, we have to export and amalgamate manual reports from Process Manager to the data we're extracting through the API. These additional steps could be removed if we had access to those datasets through the API and could query them alongside everything else. We'd like to see the data available for count of process feedback against processes, response times and the verbatim detail too.
We plan to use the star rating field in our "Measure of Success" whereby we have for instance 80% of process must have 3 stars or more. its a bit difficult to do this when the field is not in the API. I guess the work around is to download the reports as spreadsheets and upload those and join them with the API tables... very clunky.
100% agreed. This functionality would be really useful in reporting open and unresolved feedback attached to processes, ensuring suggestions are promptly addressed and experts/owners are reminded.
Would also be good to see how many days feedback is unresolved for performance measuring purposes.
This would be great - currently I am drawing the data out manually to use in Power BI.
