Pre-populating the tenant URL for Nintex App install on iPads

Nintex Process Manager iOS app does not currently support Application Configuration Preferences for pre-populating the tenant URL.

Specifically:

1. There are no MDM key names available to pre-populate the “Nintex Process Manager URL” field at deployment.

2. As a result, the app cannot automatically proceed to the preconfigured Entra ID (Azure AD) SSO flow without the user manually entering the URL and tapping Next.

This capability would significantly improve our rollout experience with over 9000 users across the country
