Allow all users to be tagged in Feedback

All users should be allowed to be tagged in Feedback in Process Manager. This would allow business to: Tag users to provide feedback on specific actions/tasks Reduce @ToDo Allow easier monitoring of outstanding feedback pieces

Show unresolved feedback on the dashboard of the current owner if a page has been transferred.

When a page is transferred to a new owner/expert, the dashboard information is not transferred. This means that a new owner is unaware of historic open feedback on their pages.

Add a notification bubble on the Feedback button to clearly show that there has been feedback left but remains unresolved. Right now, the user has to know to open the Feedback pane and scroll through.

Option to roll-up feedback on a process into a single email rather than at each activity point

If I provide feedback on multiple activities, the owner and expert get multiple emails (we had an instance of 20 emails recently). I'd like to be able to select whether to submit as I go, or complete my feedback and then submit a summary.
