Once a process model is published, it cannot be navigated by users. Currently, you cannot navigate the screen, meaning you can't see the full end-to-end model
With standard processes you can revert back to a previous version via the change log. That option is not available for variations. I'm not sure why. It should act as any other process.
When you merge roles this will push out into your process map so that you don't have to manually update them. This doesn't however update the role if it is listed in the RACI and it would be handy.

Promasters given ability to override/correct training completed dates
If one of the staff enter the wrong date, or accidentally leave the completed date as defaulting to today's date you can't change it without contacting promapp support. Promasters should be able to do this.
