Please make the 'response required' feature on the feedback defaulted with a tick.

Many users are forgetting to tick this button when leaving feedback.

As far as I can tell - the feedback then shows in your feedback dashboard with a green symbol next to it. When it is green it does add to the count of feedback items to be completed and does not appear on my email to remind me to update this feedback.

I strongly support the request to make 'response required' default.
We cannot rely on the dashboard and reports, and are manually having to run separate reports to identify number of responses and those responses to see if feedback is actually dealt with. This is a ridiculous admin burden with the need to run these numbers monthly for our reporting on system health. This could be negated with a simple change to the default.

My preference would be for this to be a configurable option as most of the feedback given in our Promapp is team feedback during the drafting process which usually doesn't require a specific response. When this kind of feedback requires a response often the loop doesn't get closed because they have responded in a different way.

Thanks for this idea. I'll pass this onto our UX team as some more research may be required. For now we'll monitor interest from other clients.

I would like to see the tick box as configurable so that the Promaster can chose to not make it available. We expect our content experts to respond to all feedback and so we do not need this tick box.

I fully support Rachel Lowe's comment as we have KPI's around feedback responses which require reliable data that is not readily available.
